  • 1.3. Our workshops operate in compliance with Indian laws and industry standards. All repairs and services are carried out by qualified technicians using authorized tools and materials.

  • 2. Services Offered
  • 2.1. We provide a wide range of repair and maintenance services for automobiles and motorcycles, including but not limited to:

  • 2.2. All services are carried out based on the specifications provided by the client and an initial inspection performed by our technicians.
  • 2.3. We offer genuine parts and accessories for repairs unless otherwise requested by the client.
  • 2.4. Clients may opt for regular maintenance packages tailored to the needs of their vehicle, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
  • 2.5. Specialized services such as restoration of vintage motorcycles or customization for automobiles are subject to separate agreements.
  • 3. Service Booking and Appointments
  • 3.1. Clients can book appointments through our website, by phone, or in person at the workshop.
  • 3.2. Appointments are subject to availability, and we recommend scheduling in advance to ensure timely service.
  • 3.3. For emergency repairs, services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to critical breakdowns.
  • 3.4. Clients must provide accurate information about their vehicle, including make, model, year, and any known issues at the time of booking.
  • 3.5. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff unavailability or delays in parts delivery. Clients will be notified promptly in such cases.
  • 4. Estimates and Pricing
  • 4.1. Before commencing any repairs, our technicians will provide an estimate of the costs, including labor, parts, and taxes.
  • 4.2. Estimates are based on the initial inspection and may be subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. Clients will be informed of any changes before proceeding.
  • 4.3. Pricing for services is transparent and competitive, with no hidden charges. Clients will receive a detailed invoice upon completion.
  • 4.4. Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, UPI, or other digital payment methods accepted at the workshop.
  • 4.5. A deposit may be required for extensive repairs or custom orders, which will be deducted from the final invoice.
  • 5. Parts and Warranty
  • 5.1. We use genuine parts sourced from authorized dealers to ensure quality and reliability.
  • 5.2. Repairs and parts come with a warranty period, the duration of which will be specified on the invoice. Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.
  • 5.3. Clients may request alternative parts (e.g., aftermarket or refurbished), but we do not guarantee the performance or longevity of non-genuine parts.
  • 5.4. In the rare event of a defect or failure within the warranty period, clients must return the vehicle to our workshop for inspection and resolution.
  • 6. Client Responsibilities
  • 6.1. Clients must disclose any pre-existing conditions or modifications to their vehicle before repairs begin. Failure to do so may affect the outcome of the service.
  • 6.2. Vehicles left at the workshop must be insured. We are not responsible for theft, vandalism, or damage to uninsured vehicles while on our premises.
  • 6.3. Clients are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicle before leaving it at the workshop. We are not liable for lost or damaged items.
  • 6.4. Payment for services must be made in full before the vehicle is released. Delayed payments may incur additional charges or storage fees.
  • 7. Returns and Refunds
  • 7.1. Services rendered are non-refundable. However, if a client is dissatisfied with the quality of the work, we will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to address it.
  • 7.2. Parts purchased and installed by us are subject to return only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect orders. Returns must be requested within 7 days of installation.
  • 7.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • 8. Liability
  • 8.1. We are committed to delivering high-quality service, but we are not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing vehicle conditions or unauthorized third-party repairs.
  • 8.2. Any additional damages discovered during the repair process will be documented, and clients will be notified immediately.
  • 8.3. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, such as loss of income or inconvenience caused by a vehicle's unavailability.
  • 9. Privacy and Data Protection
  • 9.1. We collect and store client information, including contact details and vehicle history, for service purposes only. This information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
  • 9.2. Clients have the right to request access to or deletion of their personal data from our records.
  • 9.3. Payment information is handled securely in compliance with industry standards to protect against fraud and unauthorized access.
  • 10. Termination of Services
  • 10.1. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who engage in abusive, threatening, or dishonest behavior.
  • 10.2. Services may also be terminated if the client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • 10.3. Clients may terminate their agreement with us by notifying the workshop in writing. Any outstanding payments must be settled before termination.
  • 11. Governing Law
  • 11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • 11.2. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the workshop operates.
